Position Overview: We are looking for a Social Media Content Creator to develop and execute compelling content that resonates with our audience and drives engagement. While prior experience in a similar role is advantageous, it is not essential. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and other creative platforms is required. This role offers an excellent opportunity for individuals passionate about social media and content creation to grow and make a significant impact on our brand. We are also prepared to look at candidates in an apprentice role with a view to attending college once a week.
Key Responsibilities:
* Content Creation: Develop, design, and produce engaging content (text, images, videos) tailored for platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
* Brand Consistency: Maintain a consistent brand voice and visual identity across all social media channels.
* Content Calendar Management: Plan and maintain a content calendar to ensure regular and timely posts aligning with marketing goals and campaigns.
* Audience Engagement: Monitor and respond to audience interactions to foster engagement and community growth.
* Analytics & Optimization: Track the performance of social media content using analytics tools and adjust strategies based on insights to improve engagement and reach.
* Trend Monitoring: Stay updated on social media trends
Qualifications:
* Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro) and other content creation tools such as Canva.
* Strong creative and storytelling abilities.
* Familiarity with major social media platforms and their best practices.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Ability to analyze social media performance data and adjust strategies accordingly.
* A passion for social media trends and a keen eye for detail.
