Key Responsibilities
* Deliver outstanding customer support to Dutch-speaking clients through multiple channels including phone, email, and chat.

* Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback in our CRM system.

* Fluency in Dutch (both written and spoken) is essential; proficiency in English is a plus.
