The role
Digital Customer Success Executive £28,000 per annum Location: Hybrid working | Hams Hall, Birmingham Hours: Monday–Friday, 8:30am–4:30pm (½ hour lunch) Excellent benefits package including up to 33 days' holiday, enhanced family leave, company sick pay, pension scheme, share save options and ongoing learning and development opportunities. Key Responsibilities Create and manage customer web ordering logins and user accounts. Respond to general website enquiries, providing exceptional customer service and support. Handle customer administration relating to the online ordering platform. Deliver customer and internal training sessions via Microsoft Teams, including video calls. Support customers in adopting and maximising the use of the digital platform. Work closely with the E-Commerce Director to promote and develop platform usage across all divisions. Build and maintain positive relationships with customers, acting as a trusted point of contact. Identify customer needs and provide effective solutions to enhance their experience. Ensure all tasks are completed accurately and within agreed timescales. Contribute to the continuous improvement of processes and customer engagement initiatives. Skills & Experience Required Excellent customer service and relationship management skills. Confidence using online systems and platforms. Exceptional organisational, time management and multitasking abilities. The ability to prioritise workloads and work effectively to short deadlines. Experience working independently whilst also contributing positively within a team environment. A strong work ethic, willingness to learn and a positive, enthusiastic attitude. An interest in keeping up to date with emerging digital trends and technologies. Desirable Experience Previous experience using Hybris Backoffice systems would be advantageous; however, full training will be provided.
