Qualifications

* Excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills
* Excellent communicator – sensitive, compassionate, empathetic and effective
* Studied to a minimum standard of GCSE (grade A*-C / 9-4) or equivalent in English and Maths
* Use of ICT for administrative purposes, including Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint
* Experience of an organisational approach to a busy office
* Experience of dealing with difficult and challenging behaviour
