We are currently recruiting for a Mobile Cleaning Operative to join our team based out of the Greater Belfast Area. This role is mobile, so a full clean driving licence is a must have, as you will be required to travel across all Translink depots throughout the province. * 37.5 hours per week

* Five out of seven nights

The Role
* Ensure all areas are cleaned efficiently and in a timely manner to the required standards, including weekly and periodic tasks
* Use cleaning chemicals safely as detailed by the Control of Substances Hazardous to Health (COSHH)
* Maintain full working knowledge of cleaning equipment, materials and agents and use equipment as directed by the Line Manager after correct training
* Report immediately any equipment fault, mark as faulty and do not use
* Use safety signage at all times (e.g. wet floor signs) and inform customers where possible
* Keep cleaning stores clean and tidy; store equipment safely at all times
* Safe disposal of sharps such as needles and blades if necessary
* Comply with all security regulations for cleaning materials, equipment and buildings as laid down by the client and Mount Charles

* Self-motivated, able to work independently and complete set tasks

* Attention to detail in all aspects of the work

* Enthusiastic about customer service and reputation
* Basic statutory training: candidates should have basic reading, writing, speaking and listening skills to understand safety and work instructions and to communicate with customers day-to-day
