You’ll play a key role in delivering excellent customer service and warm hospitality to every visitor.
Your duties will include greeting customers, taking and serving orders, handling card payments, and keeping the café clean, tidy, and safe. You’ll work closely with the team to ensure smooth service, assist with opening and closing tasks, restocking, receiving orders, upselling menu items, and professionally resolving customer queries or concerns.
Previous experience is preferred. We’re looking for someone with great communication skills, a positive and proactive attitude, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Flexibility is essential, including weekends and bank holidays.
