The Governing Body are seeking to appoint 2 experienced Teaching Assistants to work at Snitterfield Primary School. The posts are for 2 Teaching Assistants to support learning across our school. Posts are to provide support to various learners, including delivery of 1:1 sessions and interventions for some children with additional needs. We have happy and keen learners and a great team of experienced and hard-working staff. Come and join us We are very open to job-share or part-time requests. Key Skills: • Experience of working with children with a range of learning needs, and being able to tailor learning tasks and resources to enable all children to achieve • Willingness to work in a team with other staff to develop excellent provision • Able to understand how to use assessment to inform next steps The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate the ability to interact with children kindly, enthusiastically, creatively and flexibly to overcome barriers to learning.
