We are seeking an enthusiastic, skilled, and experienced Database Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this pivotal role, you will collaborate with an existing Database Specialist to support business-as-usual activities and contribute to the development and maintenance of our data warehouse. This position is essential in providing foundational support to our data engineers and ensuring the integrity and availability of data across the organisation. It is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, innovative environment and is eager to contribute to major projects impacting the entire organisation.
Requirements:
1. Support the development and management of our data warehouse.
2. Engage in routine maintenance and resolve complex database management issues.
3. Ensure accurate integration and maintenance of data from diverse sources.
4. Assist in designing and implementing database structures aligned with business needs and industry best practices.
5. Contribute to continuous improvement of database strategies, incorporating agile methodologies.
6. Optimize database environment for performance and efficiency.
