Main duties of the job
* Assess patients health and wellbeing across a complex and changing caseload
* Assist in the delivery of care to meet individuals health and wellbeing needs
* Provide and receive complex, sensitive and contentious information
* Develop own skills and knowledge and that of others
* Promote best practise in health and safety and security
* Assist in maintaining and developing services
* Contribute to quality improvement
* Promote people's equality, diversity and rights
* Apply technology or measurement, monitoring and treatment
* Deliver educational and assess competencies for ICU staff
* Audit of EWS and critical care required standards for Spire Hospitals
* Provide set down care from ICU to ward environment
* Acknowledge the risk of Healthcare Associated Infections (HCAI) and understand own responsibility in prevention and control

ICU Manager role at St Anthony's Hospital involves leading our ICU team to deliver high-quality patient care. You will work in our fully equipped 8-bedded ICU, caring for patients with complex medical needs. Spire St Anthony's Hospital has a long history of care and a £27m development investment, with six operating theatres and comprehensive facilities across Sutton, Epsom, Surrey and South London.

Who we're looking for / Qualifications
* Current NMC registration with no restriction on practise
* Experienced in ICU
* Good management experience, with proven ability to lead a team
* Excellent organisational and communication skills; able to manage a complex service while ensuring a gold standard of care for all patients
