We are currently seeking a team of Support Workers, to work with our client living in their own home in Cressing, Braintree.
Our client is a 31-year-old female, who has cerebral palsy and fitted PEG feed.
At present, we have occasional day shifts available. Your role as a Complex Care Support Worker would be to assist with the clients day time routine, assist with personal care, administer medication and to regularly access the community.
Shift requirements
This will be a 0-hour contract, with no regular allocated days to start, the rota will be issued dependent on the existing teams availability. Therefore, flexibility, including weekend availability, is essential.
We currently have two shift patterns available:
08:00am till 20:00pm OR 09:00am till 15:00pm.

Requirements
* A full, clean, UK drivers’ licence.
* 6 months professional care experience in the UK based in a healthcare setting.
* Previous experience working with complex care clients, including non-verbal clients and clients with a PEG feed.
* Someone who is flexible and able to offer availability with short notice including weekend shifts.
The desired candidate will be someone who is willing to learn and get stuck in with the role. Someone who is passionate, can adapt to different situations, and has experience with clients with similar needs.
