Warehouse Operative eCommerce Fulfilment
Are you organised, reliable, and ready to be part of a fast-paced and growing eCommerce fulfilment team? We’re looking for a proactive Warehouse Operative to join our operation and help ensure every order leaves the warehouse accurately, on time, and in perfect condition.Key Responsibilities:Order Fulfilment & Inventory ControlAccurately picking, packing, and labelling customer orders to meet quality standardsPreparing, dispatching, and tracking parcels in line with delivery schedulesHandling returns efficiently, restocking items, and updating stock recordsMonitoring stock levels, conducting regular cycle counts, and assisting with full stocktakesMaintaining an organised inventory system and ensuring products are stored safely and logicallyWarehouse Operations & Equipment CareOperating basic warehouse equipment (trolleys, pallet trucks, scanners, printers, etc.) safely and responsiblyEnsuring goods are received, checked, and stored correctly upon deliveryFacing off boxes, pallets, and shelving for neat presentation and efficient use of spaceReporting damages, discrepancies, or stock issues promptly to supervisorsAssisting with warehouse layout optimisation to improve workflow and efficiencyHealth, Safety & ComplianceFollowing all company health & safety guidelines, including safe lifting and handling practicesKeeping work areas, aisles, and stations clean, tidy, and hazard-freeSupporting equipment maintenance and reporting faults where necessaryContributing to a safe and secure working environment by following site security proceduresTeamwork & SupportAssisting colleagues with ad-hoc warehouse duties and team projects as requiredHelping with order queries and liaising with the customer service team where necessarySupporting the continuous improvement of warehouse processes and systems.No previous warehouse experience? No problem. You’ll receive full training on warehouse systems, health & safety, and role-specific duties. What matters most is your enthusiasm, reliability, and willingness to learn.
