Cyber Security PM BAE Systems – Enterprise IT Transformation (Submarines Cyber Work Transfer Project)Location: Remote – with some travel to Preston and BarrowDuration: 6 monthsHourly Rate: £52.93 PAYE or £71.45 Umbrella Hours: 37 Hours per weekRole Overview We are seeking an experienced, hands-on Cyber Security PM to support a critical Cyber assurance work transfer project within BAE Systems. The role sits within a small transformation team delivering a key IT change programme, moving cyber assurance services into a central Shared Services function. You will support project delivery across planning, governance, requirements, and business change activities. This is a highly hands-on role requiring strong coordination, stakeholder management, and delivery focus.Key Responsibilities
* Manage and track project plans and progress
* Support governance, reporting, and delivery assurance
* Manage requirements and ensure traceability through delivery
* Support scope changes and project re-baselining
* Carry out business analysis activities
* Work closely with the Transformation Manager and wider stakeholders
Requirements
* Proven experience in project management and/or business analysis
* Experience working in defence or highly regulated environments
* Strong stakeholder management and delivery skills
* Ability to work in a small, fast-paced team
Security Requirements
* SC Clearance required
* UK Defence experience essential
