The team is responsible for delivering a range of initiatives focused on business growth, investment, regeneration, employability and skills development across the borough.About youMinimum of 2 years' administrative experienceExperience dealing with members of the public and a range of stakeholdersStrong data entry, database management and record-keeping skillsExcellent organisational and time management abilitiesStrong customer service and communication skillsProficient in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel and OutlookAbility to work independently and as part of a teamHigh level of discretion and confidentiality5 GCSEs (including English and Maths) or equivalent, or substantial relevant administration experienceWhat you'll doProvide comprehensive administrative support across economic development programmesMaintain databases, dashboards, records and business information systemsProcess programme documentation, applications and grant-related paperworkCoordinate meetings, workshops, seminars and stakeholder eventsManage correspondence, enquiries and customer communicationsPrepare reports, presentations, agendas and meeting minutesSupport employability and skills initiatives, including Labour Market Partnership programmesAssist with financial administration, purchase orders and payment processingMaintain accurate project records and monitoring informationSupport business engagement activities and promotional eventsLiaise with project partners, funders, businesses and community stakeholdersEnsure compliance with customer service, GDPR and administrative proceduresFor further information on this opportunity, or any other position in Belfast or wider Northern Ireland, please apply via the link or contact Conor Birch in the strictest confidence.IND04Skills:Admin Officer Economic Development Data Management Customer Service Project AdministrationBenefits:Additional BenefitsWHJS1_NI
