As a Graduate Russell Group Teaching assistant, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

* A 2:1 or above degree in English, Maths, Science, Humanities, Psychology, or a related subject (Russell Group university preferred)
* Excellent communication skills and the ability to explain complex concepts clearly
* A proactive, resilient, and enthusiastic attitude towards supporting learning
* An interest in pursuing a future career in teaching, education, or child development
* Previous tutoring, mentoring, or classroom experience is desirable but not essential
