Role Overview: As a Science Teacher, you will plan, deliver, and assess lessons that meet the needs of all pupils. You will encourage curiosity, monitor pupil progress, provide feedback, and contribute to a positive, inclusive learning environment. As a Science Teacher, you will: Plan and deliver engaging Science lessons across the curriculum. Develop pupils’ practical, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Assess pupil progress and provide constructive feedback. Encourage positive behaviour and engagement in lessons. Contribute to extracurricular activities, such as Science clubs or competitions. Work collaboratively with colleagues to enhance teaching and learning outcomes. Requirements for Science Teacher: UK Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent is essential. Experience teaching Science in a school setting. Strong subject knowledge and ability to differentiate lessons. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. An enhanced DBS registered on the Update Service (or willingness to apply). A full CV covering the last 10 years, with explanations for any gaps.
