As they continue to expand, they are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Finance Manager to support their Finance Director and help shape the future of their financial operations. Key Responsibilities Support the Finance Director with month-end routines and financial close processes Prepare and review financial data for internal reporting Assist with budgeting and forecasting activities Maintain accurate financial records and ensure compliance with internal controls Submit payroll data to their outsourced payroll provider Liaise with suppliers and assist with deliveries when required (occasional business support) What We're Looking For AAT qualified or equivalent experience Proven experience in management accounts and financial reporting Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Excel A proactive, flexible team player who's happy to support wider business needs when required What's on Offer Competitive salary (pro-rata, negotiable based on experience) Hybrid working after probation Free on-site parking Supportive and friendly team environment Lots of flexibility to work around your schedule Opportunity to make a real impact in a growing business Interested?
