As part of the transformation of services within the London Borough of Sutton’s Adult Social Care, we are recruiting Qualified Social Workers within the Mental Health Team. Reporting to the Management Team (Team Manager and Assistant Team Managers), you'll play a pivotal role in delivering top-quality, responsive social care and support to the residents of Sutton experiencing mental health needs.
You will be responsible for meeting the statutory responsibilities under the Care Act, and other applicable policy and legislation. You will undertake assessments and reviews of need and associated support plans, safeguarding duties, S reviews, and may contribute to hospital discharge work for those in psychiatric hospitals as well as supporting a duty service.
