INTENT91 GYM MANAGER ROLE
As our Gym Manager, you'll be the driving force behind the smooth running of the gym, from leading the team, to ensuring every member gets the world-class experience they deserve. You'll lead by example, bringing energy, organisation, and a can-do attitude every day.
RESPONSIBILITIES
* Oversee daily gym operations and ensure the facility is clean, safe, and welcoming.
* Take full accountability for the day-to-day running of the club.
* Hire, train, and develop our coaches and front desk team.
* Motivate and inspire your team to deliver the very best member experience.
* Manage rotas to ensure full coverage and smooth operations.
* Handle membership enquiries, registrations, and cancellations.
* Drive financial performance, managing budgets and achieving KPI's.
* Deliver gym tours and convert trial members into long-term INTENT91 members.
* Lead coaching sessions when required.
* Organise and promote special events.
* Resolve conflicts and customer complaints in a professional, supportive way.
* Keep track of equipment and supplies, arranging repairs and replacements as needed.

* Flexibility and willingness to go the extra mile for the needs of the business.
* Highly organised and able to communicate effectively.
* Calm under pressure with a positive, can-do attitude.
* Someone who leads by example and shares our values.
* Previous managerial experience in a gym or fitness setting (preferred).
