Mode Search is excited to be partnering with a global, design-led fashion brand to appoint a Sales Order Administrator to join their friendly and fast-paced team. This is a full-time, office-based role (5 days per week) ideal for a highly organised, detail-oriented individual with strong systems knowledge and a passion for fashion operations.
This role plays a vital part in maintaining the accuracy and integrity of sales and product data across internal systems, supporting smooth cross-functional communication and ensuring seamless operational processes.
Key Responsibilities:
* Accurately set up and maintain product and order information across internal systems.
* Manage shared communications and incoming requests from various departments.
* Ensure timely processing, input, and updates of all sales-related data.
* Liaise with internal teams to resolve data discrepancies and support workflow accuracy.
* Provide system and administrative support as needed.
* Conduct regular data integrity checks and contribute to stock and order tracking.
What We’re Looking For:
* Proven experience in an administrative or data-driven role.
* Strong familiarity with ERP systems (Enterprise Resource Planning), especially across modules such as Sales, Production, or Accounts.
* Ideally, experience working specifically with Sales Order processes (e.g., raising or managing sales orders).
* Exposure to PLM systems (Product Lifecycle Management) — experience with Blue Cherry is a significant advantage.
* Previous experience within the fashion industry is highly desirable.
* Exceptional data administration skills, with high attention to detail and accuracy.
* Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities efficiently.
* A proactive, team-oriented mindset with excellent communication skills.
