Description Cyber within Crawford involves a collaborative cross-team approach involving multiple specialist strategic partners and key relationships. A pivotal function of the Executive Cyber Adjuster & UK Relationship Lead role is to support Crawford’s cyber claims team and services, developing our cyber client relationships. Operationally the role also provides team development, supervision, alongside independent oversight, direction, challenge and advice to the teams. This is a senior fee earning role with some business development and supervision responsibility. The role involves the organisation and co-ordination of internal and external resources working closely with key senior stakeholders across the business, as well as delivering an excellent service to clients throughout Crawford’s international footprint to deliver business goals and objectives. The role reports to the Head of Cyber UK/International Cyber Technical Director. Responsibilities Deliver and maintain the Cyber business plan, technical oversight and commercial contracts Deliver auditing, compliance, customer service and risk management Developing, building, and maintaining key cyber client relationships in the market along with promotion of activities and new service opportunities in emerging sectors Support cyber service development within the team, including improvement and delivery of international cyber programmes Support the maintenance of the third-party risk management policy alongside achieving policy compliance Maintain a collaborative, accessible and pro-active working partnership with business leaders and in-house specialists to ensure third-party risks are identified, considered and managed throughout the end-to-end lifecycle Provide regular communication, awareness and education across the global business to support the Cyber function Provide direction, advice and independent challenge to business leaders, shared services and senior management to support the management of third-party risks and controls Complete research and market awareness activity to maintain knowledge of the wider risk landscape, awareness of emerging risks, legislative and regulatory change. Assess findings providing potential/actual business impacts and compile business guidance material Qualifications Adjusting complex and large cyber losses Independently handling losses end-to-end Knowledge in cyber and technology Developing and maintaining carrier relationships Project Management within loss adjusting Vendor Relationship Management Microsoft suite including presentation skills Market Development and Thought-Leadership Communication – verbal & written Ability to simplify complex information and apply in a business environment Ability to manage, balance and prioritise a wide and diverse workload including management of competing requirements, timescales and deliverables Experienced in: Extensively leading/managing Cyber claims end-to-end Adjusting Large and Complex cyber losses independently In depth understanding of policy analysis/reporting Leading adjusting programmes Technical and functional knowledge of handling international incidents Leadership and Management of teams Strong knowledge or interest in Cyber and technology Third-party risk management practices and strategies Technology frameworks and regulatory environment
