It is an exciting time for Whitcliffe Mount as we seek to appoint an Attendance and Punctuality Lead. This pivotal role within our pastoral team will develop and drive the whole-school priority to improve and maintain excellent attendance and punctuality for all students.
We are looking for a dedicated, aspirational member of staff who has the ability to motivate and inspire our students and staff to achieve their personal best. You will lead this whole-school strategy, ensuring that students have the opportunity to maximise their learning experience by maintaining excellent attendance and punctuality. This is a superb role for an ambitious person with drive and determination to take ownership of this essential area within the education of our students and for the right candidate who is committed to driving whole school punctuality and attendance.

* Have a proven track record at a whole-school or middle leadership level and be able to evidence an impact on raising standards;
* Be naturally focused and driven, with energy, resilience and warmth to fit with the ethos of the trust;
