Permanent (Term time only)

£41,983 - £49,717 (includes paid school holidays)

Our Private Client are recruiting a Speech and Language Therapist for their specialist School in Surrey on a permanent basis. The School is an independent specialist day SEN school, providing high quality education for boys and girls with autism and ADHD.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide clinical support across specialist schools and children's homes for young people with complex needs.
* Work as part of a multi-disciplinary team to support educational and residential staff in creating therapeutic living and learning environments.
* Conduct clinical assessments and formulate individualised interventions for young people.
* Collaborate with teams to ensure therapeutic support is integrated into all aspects of education, care, and support.
* Offer consultation, workshops, training, and guidance to educational and residential teams.
Requirements:
* Be a qualified Speech and Language Therapist registered with the HCPC.
* Experience in delivering therapeutic interventions for children and young people with complex needs.
