Are you a passionate and adaptable SEN Teaching Assistant or Learning Support Assistant (LSA) seeking a long-term opportunity in a nurturing primary school environment? A welcoming and inclusive primary school in West London is looking for a dedicated SEN TA to join their team full-time. This is a temp-to-perm role, offering the chance to become a permanent member of staff after a successful initial period. About the Role You’ll be supporting pupils with a range of additional needs including Autism (ASC), ADHD, SEMH, and Speech & Language difficulties. Your responsibilities will include: * Providing 1:1 support to help pupils engage with learning and reach their potential. * Running small group interventions in literacy, numeracy, and communication. * Supporting emotional regulation and promoting positive behaviour. * Assisting the class teacher in creating an inclusive and safe learning environment. * Building strong relationships with pupils, staff, and families. This is a full-time role, Monday to Friday, during term time. Who We’re Looking For We’re seeking someone who is: * Experienced in working with children with SEN, either in schools or similar settings. * Knowledgeable about Autism, ADHD, SEMH, or Speech & Language needs. * Patient, resilient, and genuinely passionate about supporting children. * Proactive and able to adapt to different situations and pupil needs. * DBS-checked (on the Update Service) or willing to apply immediately. * Eligible to work in the UK.
