Overview
Hawk 3 Talent Solutions are recruiting for an experienced and proactive Customer Service Administrator to join a company based in Blackburn, Lancashire. This role is key to ensuring smooth communication between customers, internal departments, and external partners, from initial enquiry through to delivery of finished goods. You will provide exceptional customer service, manage orders efficiently, and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
* Handle customer enquiries via telephone and email, ensuring prompt and accurate responses.
* Process new and existing customer orders, liaising with planning, warehouse, and transport teams for timely deliveries.
* Manage artwork processes from initial stages to customer approval and final product.
* Provide efficient customer service, addressing enquiries and complaints professionally.
* Collaborate with technical and quality control teams to resolve customer issues.
* Maintain and update customer price files.
* Input and amend orders in the system from receipt through to invoicing.
* Provide stock information and proof of deliveries when required.
* Coordinate cost recovery on originations and obsolete stock and labels.
* Occasional travel to customers and other sites may be required.
Experience And Skills
* Previous experience in sales account coordination, customer service, and order processing.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
* Strong communication skills and excellent telephone manner.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Highly organised, confident, and self‑motivated with the ability to prioritise under pressure.
* Willingness to work extra hours when required.
Desirable
* Experience with SAGE software.
* Comfortable working in a process‑changing environment.
