The Role
We’re on the lookout for anAdministrativeAssistantto join our award-winningNew-Build Conveyancingteamat Switalskis. This role provides key administrative support in adynamic, fast-paced, and digitally advanced legal environment.
As part of a highly regarded team recognised nationally in2024 & 2025 for outstanding client service, you’ll play a vital partin ensuring smooth, efficient onboarding and progression of both purchase andsale conveyancing matters.
Key Responsibilities
Purchase Matters
· Act as “Front of House” - taking initialinstructions and issuing accurate quotations
· Support clients with digital onboarding andperform checks on completed ID verifications
· Process draft contracts and forward copies toclients
· Apply for searches and input key details intoour team task list
· Prepare and dispatch exchange documentation andactivate home warranty certificates
· Manage the onboarding process for sellers
· Review replies to property information forms
· Process memoranda of sale for open marketproperties
· Download and conduct basic checks on clients’existing property titles
· Issue contract packs to buyers’ solicitors
· Identify and address title-related matters suchas restrictions, nearly new homes, name discrepancies, and management companyissue
What You’ll Bring
· Excellent communication skills, especially whenassisting clients new to the conveyancing proces

· Strong interpersonal skills and a proactive teamspirit
· The ability to prioritise, stay organised, andwork well under pressure
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel,Outlook, Teams) and case management systems
· Exceptional attention to detail and a commitmentto accuracy
Working Arrangements
This is an office based role at our Leeds office (citycentre)
