This position would suit someone who is genuinely passionate about supporting young people, helping them overcome barriers to learning while encouraging both their academic and emotional development. The Role In this role, you will work with students who require additional support, both in small groups and on a one-to-one basis. You’ll help create a positive and supportive classroom environment, working closely with teachers to deliver personalised interventions.
