Role overview
We are seeking a dependable and enthusiastic team member to fill a vital Business Support position. This role is essential to ensuring the seamless and effective operation of our daily business activities.
Main Duties
* Input data accurately into company systems
* Perform everyday office tasks such as scanning, filing, and organizing documents
* Prepare, edit, and proofread documents to ensure clarity and correctness
* Assist with maintaining a tidy and efficient office environment
* Organize and manage digital files for easy retrieval and reference
* Answer telephone calls with a courteous and professional approach
* Provide general support to various administrative functions as needed
Ideal Candidate Profile
* Strong skills in administration and office organization
* Fast and accurate typing proficiency
* Familiarity with standard office practices and procedures
* Competent in handling digital records and databases
* Comfortable and professional phone communication skills
* Prior experience in an administrative or support role is beneficial
