This role offers a meaningful opportunity to support the emotional and mental wellbeing of students across the school community. Key Responsibilities: • Provide one-to-one and small group counselling sessions to students facing emotional or behavioural challenges • Work closely with SENCOs, pastoral staff, and external agencies to support individual wellbeing plans • Promote mental health awareness and resilience across the school • Maintain accurate records in line with safeguarding protocols • Offer crisis support and early interventions when needed Ideal Candidate Will Have: • Relevant qualification in counselling or psychotherapy (e. g.
