CM Marine is going through a period of expansion and will be soon releasing CM Training, and will be aiming to provide top tier training in the North West.
Role Description
This is a contract role for a First Aid Trainer or IQA. The First Aid Trainer/IQA will be responsible for delivering high-quality first aid training sessions, assessing learners, providing feedback, and ensuring compliance with relevant standards. Additional tasks include maintaining accurate training records and staying updated with the latest first aid practices and regulations.
We need qualified trainers and IQA's who are willing to work closely with us as we expand into the private training sector, so experience and guidance from both parties would be beneficial.
Employment will be on a sub-contractor basis with regular hours guaranteed after qualification approval.
Qualifications
* First Aid at Work, FREC 3, FREC4 (Ideally Qualsafe)
* Level 4 Award in the Internal Quality Assurance of Assessment Processes and Practices
* Level 3 in Education and Training
* Any other relevant CAVA, IQA, E&T qualifications
* Experience in the Emergency Healthcare Sector would be beneficial
* Strong communication and instructional skills
* Ability to work independently and remotely
