Salary & Conditions:
* £25,000.00-£28,000.00 per year (dependent upon experience)

Main Duties and Responsibilities:
We are seeking a skilled Installer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the installation of various products, ensuring that all work is completed to the highest standards of quality and safety. This role requires attention to detail, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
* Install products according to specifications and company standards.
* Conduct site assessments prior to installation to ensure all requirements are met.
* Collaborate with team members and clients to ensure satisfaction with the installation process.
* Troubleshoot any issues that arise during installation and provide effective solutions.
* Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition, ensuring safety protocols are followed.
* Keep accurate records of installations and report any discrepancies or concerns to management.
* Working in occupied properties
* Driving van from depot to site
* Fitting loft ladders, hatches, boarding and insulation - full training provided
* Completing the required paperwork and demonstrating how products work to customer where applicable
* Working safely at height, from ladders
* Working in the confined space of a loft
* Providing customer satisfaction through excellent customer service skills
* Working individually and as part of a team
The right candidate....
* Previous experience in a similar installation role is preferred but not essential; training will be provided.
* Safe operation and experience with hand and power tools.
* Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential for liaising with clients and team members.
* A valid driver's licence is desirable for travel to various job sites.
* Ability to work flexible hours as required by project demands.
