To provide an effective enrolment service for new students during a key enrolment period. The role involves a good eye for detail, the ability to work in a high paced environment while enrolling new students on their course(s) at the College using the Colleges digital systems using the provided guidance/processes. The ability to build a rapport with people as well as the ability to develop a comprehensive knowledge of a range of college enrolment digital systems to aid a successful enrolment for a student is essential. Previous experience of aspects of this service is desirable. Applicants must be able to demonstrate a student/customer centred approach, aiming to remove barriers to ensure a comprehensive positive experience. Key Responsibilities 1.
