Engage with showroom and online customers to understand their needsGuide buyers through the vehicle sales process from enquiry to handoverMeet and exceed individual sales and finance targetsPresent products including warranty, service plans, and insurance packagesConduct accurate vehicle appraisals and manage part-exchange processMaintain customer records and follow-up systems to support repeat businessKeep up to date with product knowledge and promotionsRequirements that the Car Sales Executive will need:
