We are looking for someone who is hardworking, dedicated and forward thinking, with a caring and compassionate approach to supporting children and families. You’ll be confident building positive relationships across our diverse community, including engaging families who may be harder to reach. You’ll be reflective in your practice, open to trying new approaches and committed to developing professionally. You’ll enjoy being part of a collaborative team and contribute positively to our shared work, while also using your initiative and bringing your own strengths to the role. As part of the Family Team, you will play an important role in supporting safeguarding processes across the school and helping us maintain a safe, nurturing environment for every child.
