The Brand Manager will strengthen and safeguard the firm’s brand, providing brand governance, creative guidance, and brand expertise to ensure consistent brand application across all offices and touchpoints, both internally and externally. Key priorities include developing a brand governance framework, monitoring brand implementation, embedding best practice across the business, and managing a comprehensive brand training programme.


Key Responsibilities

* Brand Strategy & Governance:
o Support the development and implementation of brand strategy.
o Develop a brand governance framework for effective brand management across jurisdictions and cultures.
o Act as guardian of the Fieldfisher brand, ensuring consistency with strategy and guidelines.
o Maintain and evolve brand guidelines and frameworks.
o Provide a resource for team members to understand and uphold the brand strategy.
o Consult on brand strategy for business units and marketing teams.
o Establish a regular review process and change‑management approach for brand strategy and visual identity.
* Creative Guidance & Quality Control:
o Provide direction and feedback to internal teams and external creative agencies.
o Ensure all outputs align with brand identity, tone of voice, and positioning.
o Champion creativity while balancing professional corporate needs.
* Stakeholder Engagement:
o Act as Brand Ambassador, partnering with marketing, communications, business development, HR, and senior leadership.
o Engage and influence key stakeholders to ensure brand adoption and understanding.
o Develop and lead brand training for stakeholders.
o Oversee brand‑related projects, ensuring delivery on time and budget.
o Manage external agencies and suppliers to ensure quality outputs.
o Oversee brand asset management.
* Measurement & Reporting:
o Track and report on brand performance using audit data, stakeholder feedback, and market insight.
o Provide recommendations to strengthen brand presence and impact.


Key Skills & Experience

* Deep understanding of brand strategy and how visual identity supports objectives.
* Proven experience in brand management, ideally in professional services, financial services, or consulting.
* Strong track record in brand governance, guideline development, and brand audits.
* Ability to interpret existing guidelines when creating new assets and templates.
* Excellent creative judgement and ability to brief and evaluate creative work.
* Strong project‑management skills, handling multiple priorities and stakeholders.
* Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to influence and inspire across cultures.
* Experience working with external creative and brand agencies.
* Knowledge of brand asset management platforms.
* Analytical mindset to use insight and feedback to inform strategy.
