Job Title: Curriculum Manager

GI Group is seeking to appoint a Curriculum Manager for our client based in Wath-upon-Dearne. The Curriculum Manager will be responsible for developing curricula across Health, Animal Management, Land-Based Sports, and Public Services. In this operational lead role, you will ensure that the curriculum meets the needs of both learners and employers.
Main Duties of the Curriculum Manager:
1. Lead curriculum development ensuring successful delivery of learning outcomes
2. Lead and manage teams to help students achieve their full potential
3. Develop projects in collaboration with local employers and the Local Authority
4. Work with sector stakeholders to secure appropriate work placement opportunities
5. Support the Director of Campus to deliver high-quality education, including targets on student outcomes, learner experience, curriculum quality aligned with employer needs, and funding income
Role Requirements:
* Substantial experience as a Curriculum Manager
* Qualification at Level 5 in a relevant field
* Experience in delivering curricula responsive to employment market needs and emerging technologies
* Teaching qualification
* Management qualification
