Domestic Considerations: In person attendance at Worthy Down is routine during the working week. Limited opportunities for remote working. 10-12 working weekends per year with occasional UK based travel expected. Responsibilities: 1. Principle staff officer within CRHQ AGC. 2. Deputising for OC CRHQ AGC. 3. RCMO for all unit personnel and Career Manager for SPS Reserve soldiers, inclusive of the coducting promotion boards. 4. Recruitment of SPS Reserve Officers and Soldiers, including advertising and boarding. 5. Unit Internal Auditor. 7. Data Protection Advisor. 8. Unit Lead on Equality, Diversion and Inclusion (EDIA), including delivery of mandatory core D&I education to all unit personnel. 9. Advisor on SPS trade training and its currency for Reserve personnel. 10. ATMS UAC and Establishment Advisor for CRHQ and RHQ AGC. 11. Principle lead for engagement with external organisations to demonstrate utiliity of the unit. 12. Oversight and day-to-day budgetary management of the unit RSD Control Total (~£1m). 13. Oversight of the operational tasking mechanism, allocating tasks and demands of the unit. 14. Key contributor to AGC HQ activity: major Corps events, AT and meetings.
