The Role:
* Manage and process product returns efficiently and accurately
* Log, inspect, and test returned hardware
* Update records, identify faults, and coordinate replacements/refunds
* Work closely with customer support and suppliers
* Maintain an organised returns area and suggest process improvements
You’ll Need:
* Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
* Confident with tech and quick to learn new systems
* Reliable, methodical, and proactive
* Problem-solving mindset and team-player attitude
* No experience required – full training provided
