Corporate Auditor (m/f/x)
The Impact You’ll Make in this Role
As a Corporate Auditor, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. You will gain broad knowledge of 3M’s processes, functions, and businesses through audits of subsidiaries, service centers, plants, acquisitions, and critical business processes.
Here, you will make an impact by:
1. Being responsible for examining, evaluating and reporting on the accuracy of financial statements, adequacy of operational and internal controls, and identification of administrative efficiencies.
2. Conducting interviews and walkthroughs with various stakeholders and teams to identify gaps in controls or opportunities for operational improvements.
3. Analyzing data and selecting samples for testing processes to identify control gaps and areas of potential operational improvement.
4. Documenting and summarizing audit findings and developing recommendations for process improvement.
5. Communicating audit findings both orally and in written form.
6. Following up on the resolution of audit findings
Your Skills and Expertise
To set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M is looking for candidates who have the following basic qualifications:
7. Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification, and a bachelor’s degree or higher in accounting or finance from an accredited university or college
8. Relevant professional experience in accounting or finance
9. Experience in internal or external audit
10. Excellent oral and written communication skills, with business‑level fluency in English

16. Experience working with SAP
17. Experience using Power BI
18. ACCA, CIA, CPA, CMA, or an equivalent local certification
19. Working knowledge of statistical sampling methodologies
Job Specifics:
20. Location Information - position located at ur HQ in Bracknell, Berkshire
21. Travel expectations - May include up to 25% domestic/international (Typically away for 1 week in every 6)
22. This role has on-site working model, with the employee working at least four days a week in the office in Bracknell.
23. Working pattern (full time/part-time/shifts)
