Job Overview
Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will oversee and coordinate your team's activities to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the department.
Your Tasks
* Lead and manage the team to achieve and exceed SLAs.
* Distribute work orders and manage employee workloads.
* Coordinate and implement processes, and plan daily business activities.
* Serve as the first point of contact for process and technical faults, and report issues to relevant departments.
* Identify issues, initiate corrective actions, and monitor success.
* Ensure SLA compliance.
* Work with the SAP system.
* Participate in resource planning, including staffing and infrastructure.
* Create and evaluate reports.
* Maintain quality and service level standards.
Your Profile
* Experience with computerized systems.
* Experience or understanding of working in a temperature-controlled environment is advantageous.
* Reliability, good time management, and organizational skills.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills.
* Good numerical and record-keeping skills.
* Ability to take ownership of issues and see them through professionally.
