Job Description Your Role As a Care Assistant, you’ll build meaningful relationships with regular clients and provide high-quality, person-centred care, including: Personal care and daily support Meal preparation and medication assistance Companionship, conversation and reassurance Support with outings, appointments and pet care Working With Us Average 30 hours per week Availability required between 8am – 10pm (split shifts) Alternate weekends, with a day off in lieu Paid client introductions, so you feel confident and supported from day one What We Offer Paid travel and waiting time, plus 45p per mile mileage allowance 28 days paid holiday (pro rata) Pension scheme Full training provided to achieve your Care Certificate and beyond Ongoing support from a welcoming local team (Previous care experience is preferred but not essential.)
