Join to apply for the Disability Support Workers - St Albans role at Focus Care. Focus Care is seeking enthusiastic and caring Support Workers. With a minimum of two hours spent with each client, there is time to build rapport and rewarding connections.
Responsibilities
* Spend a minimum of two hours with each client to build rapport and rewarding connections.
* Provide services such as personal care, transport, domestic assistance and social support, and travel to client homes within a specified location.
* Support services in the St Albans area; shifts are Monday to Friday; shifts may suit students studying nursing or related allied health disciplines.
* Note: longer hours and increased workloads may be available; the role may include weekend and overnight services.
Qualifications
* Current driver’s license
* NDIS Worker Check (or willingness to obtain)
* Current First Aid
* Availability to work minimum 10-15 hours per week
* Willingness to provide services such as personal care, transport, domestic assistance, social support and travel to client’s homes within the service location
