Location: Fern Brook Lodge - Residential Home - Gillingham - Dorset - SP8 4Q
Pay rate: £12.50 - £12.75 per hour + paid breaks
Hours: Full-time, Part-time & Bank
Shift: 20:00 to 08:00 (including alternate weekends)
We have an exciting opportunity for a Night Care & Support Assistant to join Fern Brook Lodge, our newly refurbished residential care home, which serves the community in Gillingham and North Dorset.

Previous care experience is not required for our Night Care & Support Assistant team. Experience in customer care or community help is valuable. A full induction and training program will be provided.

What You Will Be Doing:
* Delivering excellent person-centred care
* Supporting and encouraging residents to maintain independence
* Checking on residents regularly, assisting with moving and positioning as needed
* Providing personal care, including washing and undressing when necessary
* Building relationships and offering companionship
* Working with the team to create a friendly, welcoming atmosphere in the home
