As our new Marketing Recruitment Consultant (Consumer Team), you'll operate as a true 360 consultant, taking ownership of the entire recruitment cycle. You'll build relationships with exciting consumer brands, understand their unique needs, source exceptional candidates, and manage the entire process from initial contact to successful placement.
With Kasia focusing on talent delivery, you'll have expert support with candidate research and qualification – meaning you can concentrate on winning new business and growing even faster than in a traditional 360 role.
You're someone with 1-2+ years of 360 recruitment experience who understands what it takes to excel in this industry. Perhaps you've already specialised in digital or marketing recruitment – if so, fantastic! You listen first and speak second, understanding that empathy is the foundation of successful recruitment. Candidates may need to speak after hours, clients might send important emails at 7pm, and building your reputation in your niche takes consistent effort. But if you're willing to put in the work, the professional and financial rewards can be extraordinary.
A competitive base salary between £28,000-£35,000, depending on your experience
