Role Overview : Sales Manager, Solar PV
As Sales Manager, you'll go beyond traditional sales. You'll manage strategic growth, lead a team, and oversee projects from lead generation through to delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the Solar PV sales division, driving revenue and performance
- Recruit, develop, and manage your own team as demand grows
- Manage the full sales cycle : from lead generation to project close
- Oversee project delivery, coordinating materials, subcontractors, and schedules
- Develop and implement efficient processes and SOPs
- Shape your own career path : scale the sales function or transition into operations

Candidate Requirements
- Proven experience in Solar PV sales or renewable energy (essential)
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to build, motivate, and develop a team
- Hands:on, proactive approach with a passion for renewable energy
- Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel (50 of the time)
- Able to commute to Blackburn (hybrid working available)
