We're working with a prestigious 5-star hotel in the heart of Northumberland to help them find a passionate and experienced Food & Beverage Manager to lead their award-winning F&B operation.

* £37,500 per annum plus £2,500 service charge

Responsibilities as the Food & Beverage Manager…
* Overseeing the day-to-day running of multiple F&B outlets
* Leading from the front – this is a very hands-on position
* Managing a large team and ensuring the highest service standards
* Working closely with the kitchen and events teams to deliver seamless service
* Supporting training and development across all departments
* Driving operational improvements and customer satisfaction

You'll come from a strong 5-star hotel background, with experience managing multiple restaurants and event spaces. You'll be a confident leader with a passion for delivering unforgettable guest experiences, and you'll be happiest when you're on the floor, motivating your team and getting stuck in.
