Join us as a Project Surveyor (Decarbonisation Projects) to play a key role in revolutionising the built environment while reducing carbon footprints across projects.
What You Will Do
As a Project Surveyor, you will:
* Oversee and manage cost and contractual aspects of decarbonisation projects, ensuring financial and environmental targets are met.
* Conduct detailed cost analysis and forecasting for a wide variety of projects.
* Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including engineers, architects, and clients to ensure sustainable project delivery.
* Monitor budgets, manage risks, and provide regular project performance reports.
* Contribute to the development of innovative cost-saving strategies that align with decarbonisation objectives.
* Liaise with clients to ensure project goals are clearly understood and exceeded.
Qualifications & Skills
* Qualification in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field.
* Membership in a recognized professional body (e.g., RICS or similar) is desirable.
* Proven experience in project surveying within sustainability-focused projects is a plus.
* Excellent cost management and analytical skills, with attention to detail.
* Strong communication and interpersonal abilities, capable of building effective relationships with diverse stakeholders.
* A proactive and innovative mindset, passionate about driving change in the industry.
