Responsibilities

Requirements
1. Experience as a Head of Ecology or similar leadership role within ecological consultancy.
2. Hold one or more protected species licences (e.g., bats, great crested newts).
3. Strong understanding of UK and EU environmental legislation and planning policy.
4. Proven experience in project and team management within a consultancy setting.
5. Excellent communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills.
