The Company- A dynamic, rapidly scaling PE backed developer operator in the global data centre market is seeking a Senior Investment Analyst to join their growing Asset Management team working on high impact, high return projects.
The Role– Focused at corporate level this individual will support end-to-end execution of M&A and strategic investment opportunities, assisting in all phases of the deal lifecycle from sourcing to completion. Tasks will include:
1. Building and maintaining financial models to inform investment decisions and scenario analysis
2. Coordinating internal and external cross-functional workstreams
3. Supporting capital markets activities, including preparing investor presentations
4. Assisting in drafting and reviewing transaction documents
5. Preparing high-quality investment committee materials
The Candidate –The successful candidate will have:
6. Experience working in an investment focused analytical role at a top tier company with a PE background.
7. M&A experience (essential)
8. Excellent financial modelling skills and able to build detailed, transaction-grade models
9. Strong academics from a top university

Pay range and compensation package– The basic salary will be dependent on experience, but the likely salary range is c. £75, (though there is some upwards flex on this) plus a strong bonus and a range of corporate benefits.
