We are currently recruiting for a Warehouse Operative to join a busy and growing logistics operation in Borough Green. This is a hands-on role where you'll play a key part in ensuring the smooth running of warehouse activities, from receiving goods through to dispatch.

What You'll Be Doing
* Receiving deliveries and checking goods against purchase orders
* Inspecting items for damage and reporting any issues
* Booking goods into the warehouse management system (WMS)
* Storing stock safely and efficiently within the warehouse
* Picking, packing and preparing orders for dispatch
* Labelling shipments and ensuring all documentation is accurate
* Supporting vehicle loading and coordinating with couriers
* Carrying out stock checks and maintaining inventory accuracy
* Following all health & safety procedures at all times
* Helping identify ways to improve processes and efficiency
What We're Looking For
1. Previous warehouse or logistics experience (preferred but not essential)
2. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
3. Strong attention to detail and accuracy
4. Basic IT skills (Outlook, Excel); WMS experience is a bonus
