Junior Sous Chef
A fantastic opportunity to join this daytime restaurant in a fast-growing business.
The Junior Sous Chef will assist in the overall running of the kitchen & team. The Head Chef & Sous Chef will support you in creating and delivering high quality seasonal and locally sourced food using a variety of cooking methods. The role will also assist with team supervision and training and ensuring the kitchen standards are achieved.
This opportunity would suit an experienced chef de partie or existing Junior Sous Chef with seasonal fresh food experience and looking to progress further in the quality low waste kitchen.
